Once your payment has been received, VietnamVisaHere.com’s system will email payment confirmation, and then you will receive another email, “The Processing Notification”, informing you that the processing of your application has commenced.

The processing of the application depends on the processing type that you applied for; it includes normal processing (3 working days) and urgent processing (1 working day).

Note:

Processing time is subject to Vietnam Business hours which are 8:15am to 17:00pm (GMT+7) Monday to Friday; and also based on the processing times of the Vietnam Immigration Department, which is normally 8.00am to 10.30am and from 13.30pm to 15.00pm (GMT+7) Monday to Friday. Processing time is also subject to Vietnam National Public Holidays.

The Vietnam Immigration Department may delay and/or deny the visa processing without any explanation. VietnamVisaHere.com has no responsibility for any delay, cancellation, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delay or denial.
